Héctor RC is a serial entrepreneur, author, and mentor from Uruguay with over 15 years of experience building international businesses. After serving as an Officer in the Air Force and later working with the United Nations in Africa, he turned fully to entrepreneurship, creating and scaling multiple ventures across e-commerce, publishing, and education.
He is the founder of Sé el Jefe, the #1 business training platform for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs with over 210,000 students, and Wealth Club Organization, the group behind WCChain and Wealth Club Coin (WCC). His work spans more than 30 countries, and his projects have reached a combined community of over 2 million followers worldwide.
Héctor is also the founder of the charity Give Hope 2 Africa, dedicated to helping orphaned children affected by armed conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Today, he leads Wealth Club as a global organization connecting crypto, real estate, and finance — with the vision of making digital currency part of everyday life.
